If the payment is successful you will receive e-mail confirmation of the purchase with all the order details, ie. the ticket type and quantity, the event date and the price paid, including the reference code (Order ID), and directions to reach the location of the chosen event. You can present the ticket both in printed form or using your smartphone or tablet.
Ps: If you don’t receive your ticket within a few minutes of placing your order, check you email spam/junk box as the ticket can sometimes end up there. If you have not received a receipt, please contact Customer Service by e-mail or phone and they will send you a copy of the purchased ticket.
At the request of the customer who, after purchasing the ticket, can no longer participate for personal reasons at the chosen event, the money spent for the purchase may be refunded to them (requests must be sent by e-mail to Customer Service at: info@musictick.com).
Important:
We inform you that, for administrative reasons, no request can be accepted and no refund can be given in the 24 hours prior to the beginning of the event.
If the customer is unable to attend the chosen event, but notifies Customer Service after the event has taken place, no refund can be issued.
If the customer has found the show unsatisfactory based on their personal taste, no refund can be issued.
We inform our customers that for some events, which can be found on the www.musictick.com web portal (see list below), no refund will be made (under any circumstances). Furthermore, no duplicates can be issued and therefore, in case of loss of the original ticket, a new ticket must be purchased.
Purchased tickets are valid only for the show for which they were issued. Any changes in the performers or the programme, as well as variations in the performance, do not entitle you to return the ticket. In case of non-use, purchased tickets are NOT refundable and cannot be used for other performances or shows.
We therefore ask our customers to kindly check the list of EVENTS with NON-REFUNDABLE TICKETS, before making a purchase.
List of shows for which refunds cannot be made under any circumstances:
- Opèra National de Paris: Opéra Bastille - Palais Garnier
- Musique Sacrèe à Notre-Dame de Paris
- ABAO OLBE Opera Association of Bilbao
Since tickets are sold on behalf of third parties, some events may be cancelled for reasons of force majeure. In this case, the full amount of the ticket will be refunded without any charges by MusicTick. Refunds may also be made in the form of GIFT CARDS, which can be used directly at MUSICTICK.COM to purchase a ticket of the same value for another international event. These Gift Cards will be valid for 90 days after the date of issue.
Once payment has been made, there is no additional fee apart from the one already paid.
If the customer has chosen to purchase only a reservation, the amount owing will be indicated on the ticket and must be paid in cash at the concert venue, in order to attend the event.
