Back, always full of new motivation, the concert festival "The great music in the places of art, nature and taste". Friday, July 13 will be the opportunity to visit the eighteenth century Palazzo Orti Manara of Verona (Stradone Porta Palio 31) that for the first time opens the door to a musical event: it will host the inaugural concert of the festival held by the Duo Foyle-Stsura, violin - piano, coming from London. In the belief that culture is not an optional luxury, but a vector of growth, even economic, the formula proposed by the event aims to combine in a comprehensive offer the concerts performed by the winners of the International Chamber Music Competition "Salieri - Zinetti ", With the excellence that the territory can offer to the citizen and the visitor: first of all its historical and artistic heritage, which will host these events and offer them an unforgettable atmosphere, and then its food and wine culture, which speaks of civilization, traditions and the values of the host places. The inaugural concert, organized by the cultural association "Gaetano Zinetti", is realized with the collaboration of the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Verona and CereaBanca 1897, and with the support of the Fondazione Cattolica Assicurazioni, Masi Foundation, Federmanager and ZAI Consortium. Each appointment of the exhibition begins at 7.45 pm with a guided tour of the host site, and at 8.30 pm a tasting of products and doc wines (the new Arcole DOC sparkling wine for the inaugural event). At 21 the concert. Admission to Palazzo Orti Manara is free, subject to availability. The Duo Foyle-Stsura was praised by the Daily Telegraph for the "very convincing" performance in their London debut at the Purcell Room in 2015. The same year, the Duo won the First Prize in the Beethoven Piano Society of Europe Competition in London (section for Duo) and the "Salieri-Zinetti" International Chamber Music Competition in Verona. Since they began their collaboration, the two musicians have performed in prestigious venues across the UK, including the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Buckingham Palace, St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Purcell Room and the Lutoslawski Festival of Royal College of Music. Recently they have performed in concerts at the Concertgebouw, Amsterdam, at the New York Chamber Music Festival, at the Estonian Concert Hall, Tallinn, and at Bridgewater Hall, Manchester. Both musicians, as soloists, are winners of international competitions. At Palazzo Orti manara the Duo Foyle-Stsura will perform masterpieces of literature for violin and piano by Janacek, Fauré, Respighi and Kreisler. The Season then continues until September 21st in 5 places of art (July 27th in the former convent of Santa Maria della Misericordia Mantua, August 24th at Villa Bresciani Medici di Cerea, on August 30th at Rocca Viscontea in Lonato del Garda, September 5 at Corte Zera di Buttapietra, on September 21 at the Museo Martes of Calvagese della Riviera) in 3 places of nature and taste (July 20 at Tenuta Cicogna of Cavazza Cellars in Alonte Vicentino, September 4 in the Cantina della Valpolicella Bottaia Negrar, 9 September at Tenuta Canova of the Masi Cellars in Lazise). Finally, a concert with the winners of the "Salieri-Zinetti" Competition will be hosted in a very significant place from a social point of view: the Pia Opera Ciccarelli of San Giovanni Lupatoto (17 August).
